For First-Time Patients

You can come to our clinic without making a reservation during opening hours, but we will be able to guide you more smoothly if you make a reservation.

Reservations can be made by phone or through our contact form.

What to bring when you visit

Health insurance card (*required)

Medication record

If you have any medical checkups, test results, or referral letters from other medical institutions, please bring them at the time of your visit.

Consultation Flow

Reception/fill out patient form

When you visit our clinic, please receive a patient form at the reception desk. Please fill out the required information. If you have a referral letter, please inform our staff. If you are visiting us for the first time, please be sure to bring your health insurance card.

Please wait in the waiting room

After you have completed the patient form, you will be guided by your consultation number.

Consultation and treatment

We will carefully listen to your unique symptoms and concerns based on your patient form. We will work with each individual to provide appropriate treatments and solutions.

Payment

Once your consultation and treatment is complete, please submit your consultation file to the reception desk. After that, please wait in the waiting room until you are called.

If medication is prescribed, please pick it up at your local dispensing pharmacy.
